Spotnana builds direct integration to Booking.com
It’s our goal to make content fragmentation a concern of the past by building the deepest direct connections to the world’s largest travel providers, aggregators, and online travel agencies.
Today, I’m excited to share that we’ve completed a deep, direct integration to Booking.com. This means our partners and customers now have access to Booking.com’s full global inventory, along with rates previously available to most corporate travelers only through the Booking.com website.
What this means for you
Spotnana’s deep, direct integration to Booking.com’s latest API supports the full traveler journey from booking through to servicing. Travelers benefit from a consumer-grade user experience with self-service trip modifications and cancellations. Travel agents are also empowered to address global servicing requests for Booking.com fares seamlessly through Spotnana’s agent desktop.

Our travel management company (TMC) partners can choose to activate this new integration using the configurable content controls available within Spotnana Cloud for TMCs.
Additional benefits for travel buyers and sellers include:
- Access to flexible pre-paid and pay-at-property options
- Loyalty member rates
- Closed user group pricing with geo-specific rates
- Last-minute deals, deals of the day, and seasonal promotions
- Support for long‑stay bookings
- A “work‑friendly” tag for non‑hotel accommodation
- Consolidated multi‑language responses within a single request

Providing a wider range of travel options helps our customers and partners build trust with travelers, leading to reduced leakage, increased savings, and improved travel experiences.
“Having worked closely with the Booking.com team, I am incredibly excited that this partnership provides our partners and customers with direct access to Booking.com’s full inventory at highly attractive rates,” said Luigi Tiberio, Partner Director of Content and Distribution at Spotnana. “Our TMC partners can now offer their travelers the same exceptional, consumer-grade experience found on the Booking.com website and app, all seamlessly integrated and fully serviceable within Spotnana’s platform.”
Delivering comprehensive content
Spotnana’s platform was built from the ground up on a modern, cloud-native infrastructure, enabling us to quickly develop deep direct connections, like this one with Booking.com. This partnership with Booking.com is a significant step in our journey to provide TMC partners with the most comprehensive content and robust functionality for self-service trip management. Through Spotnana Cloud for TMCs, activating this content is now as easy as flipping a switch.
“Through our partnership with Spotnana, we are expanding our mission to make the world easier to experience by providing direct access to our extensive travel inventory,” said Mark van der Linden, Vice President of Partnerships at Booking.com. “Spotnana’s unique architecture enables us to provide an exceptional experience to travelers, while making our inventory easy for TMCs to service.”
Thank you to the Booking.com team for joining us on this journey. We are excited to see the immediate value this partnership brings to our partners and travelers.
