We respect the need for balance by providing employees with ample time away from work, including:
- Flexible vacation and a generous company holiday schedule to ensure all Spotters have the time to relax and unwind.
- Quarterly recharge days to provide an additional day of rest.
- Annual company shutdown at the end of the year.
