Today, I’m excited to announce that we have released a new direct connection with Emirates airline to meet the increasing demand for NDC content in the Middle East and globally. Spotnana is a catalyst for innovation in the travel industry, and our deep integration supports full servicing capabilities, including self-service exchanges and cancellations.

Access to more global content

Emirates is the world’s largest international airline. Through its global operations, Emirates connects travelers worldwide to over 140 destinations, including its international hub in Dubai. 

Through our partnership with Emirates, Spotnana’s Travel-as-a-Service (TaaS) platform now supports full access to Emirates content. 

Travelers can access exclusive NDC booking classes in Emirates’ Business and Economy cabins. In addition to that, travelers can enjoy dedicated promotional fares that aren’t available via EDIFACT. Travelers can enjoy surcharge-free access to differentiated ticket pricing and fare rules, early access to promotions, exclusive access to select ancillary services, such as adding extra luggage, and faster access to new ancillary products.

Self-service changes

Spotnana is bringing the most advanced self-service capabilities to travelers around the world. 

We’re committed to powering true innovation in partnership with the world’s largest airlines, and I’m proud to share that Spotnana now delivers self-service flight changes via Emirates NDC. 

Our deep direct integration to Emirates’ NDC API also supports self-service cancellations with automated refunds, which are not available through traditional booking channels, the ability to hold a ticket, and the ability to make self-service changes post-booking.  

Agents using Spotnana also have access to the same NDC content and capabilities, resulting in seamless global service delivery and rapid resolution of traveler inquiries.
