Spotnana is at a pivotal moment in our mission to revolutionize the travel industry. I have been thinking a lot about this over the last few months. 

We are so fortunate to have the support of so many incredible customers and channel partners. In the first few months of this year alone we launched multiple Fortune 100 companies on our platform, we deployed our first major customers with CWT, and we announced new partnerships with Expensify, JTB Business Travel, and Goodwings.

I have never been more excited about Spotnana’s future. I have also been reflecting on how rapidly we have grown and where I feel I can make the biggest impact in supporting Spotnana’s success. I have come to the conclusion that what Spotnana needs now is an experienced leader who can help us scale. Above all I have been looking for someone whom I can trust unequivocally.

I have asked my friend, mentor, and partner, Steve Singh, to step in as CEO.  Steve and I have been talking about this for some time, and I’m thrilled to share that he has agreed to serve as Spotnana’s CEO in the near term to support the company’s next phase of growth.

Steve is an exceptional leader with decades of experience leading high-growth companies. Since Spotnana’s earliest days, he has believed in our vision to provide an open platform, and he continues to be a huge believer in Spotnana and in me.

I will transition to a new role as Co-Chairman and Chief Product Officer for Spotnana. In this role, I will continue my life’s work of building Travel-as-a-Service and focus on delivering on our strategy, driving our customer value proposition, and product vision. 

Doubling down on our customers and channel partners

With change, there can be uncertainty, and I want to address this head-on. This change in leadership does not signal a shift in Spotnana’s platform strategy or direction. 

Steve and I are fully aligned on Spotnana’s core mission to modernize the infrastructure of the travel industry and provide an open Travel-as-a-Service platform that is available to everyone. Spotnana is committed to remaining neutral and independent in support of this goal.

I am personally excited about this change because it means I can focus my time and attention on delivering on all the commitments we have made to our customers and channel partners. As a result, the companies working with us today should see even greater focus and support, as well as even more of the innovation that Spotnana is known for.

In parallel, Spotnana will mature and thrive under Steve’s experienced leadership. Together, we aim to build a platform that connects humanity through next-generation travel experiences. 

Spotnana was never mine, as it has always belonged to all of us. That said, Spotnana will always be who I am.
