    Spotnana has built a proprietary Content Engine and System of Record designed to support travel content from any source.

    Spotnana offers a range of flexible white labeling options. Our travel platform is designed to be white labeled and has self-service configuration tools to manage logos, fonts, colors, emails, and invoices.

    We also offer embeddable UI components and can do a full iFrame of our application. Lastly, we have an API-first architecture, which enables our partners to build an entirely custom user interface if they wish to.

    We support central, virtual, individual, and personal cards. Our platform supports the ability to pay with loyalty rewards points, credit cards, or a combination of the two. We also support unused airline ticket credit redemption for EDIFACT and NDC bookings, UATP cards, AMEX BTA, delayed invoicing, direct billing for car rentals, cash payments, and split payments for ancillaries.

    For direct integrations, we provide training to your sales and customer success teams on request. For SMB booking sites, we provide training as a key part of our onboarding process, and we provide ongoing training sessions for all partners via webinars.

  • How does Spotnana ensure we maintain alignment across our businesses?

    For direct integrations, our Content and Commercials team will ensure we are aligned on technical requirements and commercials. For SMB booking sites, Spotnana will also assign a Partner Success Manager, who will work with you on an ongoing basis to ensure we are supporting you effectively and reaching expected success metrics. We will also set up periodic business reviews to maintain alignment.
