Managing a global travel program often involves high operational overhead and significant complexity.

Companies frequently grapple with managing multiple Online Booking Tool (OBT) deployments and travel management companies (TMCs), leading to fragmented data, inconsistent service for travelers, and higher TMC costs.

Spotnana addresses these challenges by providing the first global travel platform built for travelers, travel managers, and travel agents, all running on the same modern infrastructure. Here’s how Spotnana simplifies global travel management.

Unified global deployment

Spotnana is deployed as a single global instance for each corporation. This architecture provides a range of benefits:

  • Quick to deploy: It’s possible to roll out a full global deployment in a matter of weeks or months. Instead of deploying one country at a time, travel managers can launch as many countries as they like on the same day.
  • Simplified travel management: Travel managers use a single admin console to manage every aspect of their travel program including legal entities, policies, approval workflows, traveler messaging, preferred suppliers, and payment methods – there’s no need to make updates one deployment at a time.
  • Easier integrations: A single instance makes it easier to set up and maintain integrations with HR, expense, and duty of care systems.

Comprehensive global content

It’s our goal to make content fragmentation a concern of the past. We provide access to content from the widest range of global sources including GDSs, low-cost carriers, OTAs, aggregators, and direct integrations with top travel providers.

Travelers are able to search across all of these sources seamlessly and view integrated results. In addition to booking trips, travelers are also empowered to manage exchanges, cancellations, and unused credit redemption on their own.

Consistent global shopping

Spotnana provides access to global content with a localized shopping experience. Travelers can view content in local currencies and languages, and bookings include local taxes and invoices.

Over the years we’ve built support for local payment methods including cards that are preferred in different parts of the world, regional payment gateways, and the ability to pay in cash when airlines do not accept credit cards.

Seamless global servicing

Spotnana provides a single, unified travel platform for travelers and agents. While other systems prevent agents from servicing bookings across multiple PCCs, Spotnana’s architecture enables any agent to service any traveler from any location.

This makes it easy for our partners to support multi-national customers with fewer operations centers.

Key servicing features include:

  • Single pane of glass: agents see the same content and data as the travelers they serve. In addition, all changes to configuration settings (policies, payment methods, etc.) are instantly visible to agents.
  • Configurable routing rules: tasks can be routed to experts assigned to manage an international rate desk, bookings for specific origins or destinations, and more.
  • Service history and task management: multiple agents across different regions and time zones can easily service the same traveler with full visibility into trips, policies, and service requests.

Real-time global analytics

With Spotnana’s global travel platform, travel managers gain access to real-time global analytics. There is no need to wait for a TMC to aggregate data from separate online booking tool deployments, normalize and integrate data, and then generate reports. Information is available instantly for any booking made anywhere in the world.

Travel managers using Spotnana have real-time visibility into spend, savings, and traveler behaviors through extensive analytics and reporting capabilities.

Spotnana’s reports also include bookings that agents make outside of the platform. Agents can easily add an outside booking through an AI-assisted process that scans confirmation emails and extracts key data elements.

Serving the world’s largest global enterprises

While Spotnana was architected from day one to be a global platform, it’s taken years for us to build the regional capabilities and partnerships that allow us to support some of the world’s largest multi-national corporations.

We’re deeply grateful to the partners and customers who have patiently worked with us to ensure our travel platform supports seamless journeys for travelers around the world.
