If you’re contacted about a role at Spotnana, here is how you can ensure the outreach is legitimate:
 

• Verify the recruiter – All outreach comes directly from our internal recruiting team via email or LinkedIn. We do not engage external recruiting partners.
• Check the email domain – All of our recruiting emails come from an @spotnana.com email addresses.
• No use of Microsoft Teams – We do not use Microsoft Teams for recruiting.
• No offers extended via text – We do not extend offers via text-based apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal.
• No financial requests – We will never ask you to pay for equipment, training, visa fees, or anything else during the hiring process.

We encourage candidates to take a moment to verify the source of any outreach before sharing personal information.

If you receive a message claiming to be from Spotnana that seems suspicious, please do not respond. Please forward the email to security@spotnana.com, and we will confirm whether it is legitimate.
