TROOP Expands Meetings Platform With Travel Booking Powered by Spotnana
In a world of distributed work teams and global organizations, bringing employees together is more important than ever before.
Spotnana is excited to announce that TROOP’s algorithm-based meetings management platform now allows users to seamlessly transition from planning a meeting to booking travel directly inside the TROOP interface, powered by Spotnana.
By building on Spotnana’s Travel-as-a-Service Platform, TROOP now offers richer experiences to their customers and has accelerated innovation on its end-to-end solution for planning meetings and booking travel.
The integration enables TROOP users to book flights, hotels, rail tickets, and car rentals without leaving the TROOP interface following their search for the best global meetings and events options.
TROOP empowers users to quickly and intelligently plan global meetings and events based on a variety of criteria like cost, sustainability, location, and more. TROOP is designed for organizations looking to maximize value when bringing people together for meetings and events.
Planning an event that will include attendees from all over the world is an immense challenge; travel restrictions, COVID rules, price differences, and environmental impacts make it difficult to find the best meeting location for any given group. This complexity is compounded by fragmented access to travel content and limited availability through traditional corporate travel tools.
“We want to do for group and meetings travel what online booking tools did for transient travel, dramatically reducing the time and tedium spent on booking,” said Dennis Vilovic, Founder and Co-CEO of TROOP. “Building on Spotnana’s cloud-based infrastructure has enabled us to rapidly deliver a richer, more comprehensive solution to our customers.”
Booking travel through TROOP, powered by Spotnana, will be available to TROOP customers later this year. A demo of a working prototype of TROOP’s end-to-end meeting and travel booking experience will be showcased this week at the GBTA Convention 2022 US event.
