Spotnana welcomes Travel Buyer of the Year Nikki Rogan

We are excited to welcome Nikki Rogan, 2023 Business Travel Awards Europe Travel Buyer of the Year, 2017 ITM Multi-National Travel Buyer of the Year, and former Global Travel Director at Fujitsu to Spotnana as our newest Strategic Customer Success Manager! 

Nikki has joined our exceptional team responsible for supporting the world’s largest, most complex  global travel programs. She brings over two decades of invaluable travel industry experience to Spotnana. 

Throughout her career, Nikki has held diverse roles at multiple TMCs and has served as the Global Travel Manager for multinational corporations. Her responsibilities included increasing operational efficiency, enhancing traveler experiences, and optimizing  travel spend. Most recently, she spearheaded the globalization and digital transformation of Fujitsu’s travel program.

Nikki is very active in the business travel community, having served on multiple travel industry advisory boards and judging committees, and frequently speaking at  conferences. She currently serves as a board member at the Institute of Travel Management (ITM).

Nikki shared her views on corporate travel, why she’s excited to join Spotnana, and how she plans to build and maintain successful relationships with our enterprise customers.

Why did you decide to join Spotnana?

Joining Spotnana was an easy decision for me. Spotnana is revolutionizing the way corporate and leisure travel is booked and managed,  and I am thrilled to be part of a team that’s innovative and leading the way in the industry. 

I believe in the company’s mission and focus on making travel programs more efficient, sustainable, and enjoyable for everyone involved. 

I look forward to working with a team of passionate individuals who are dedicated to driving positive change. As we continue to innovate and improve the travel booking experience for customers, I am eager to learn and grow with the company. I am proud to be part of Spotnana and look forward to contributing to its success. 

What mindset are you bringing to the role of strategic customer success manager? 

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, I bring a proactive and customer-centric mindset to my role. To help our customers achieve success, I am committed to understanding their needs and developing tailored strategies. My focus will be on building strong relationships with our clients, anticipating their needs, and providing proactive guidance to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty. 

My goal is to establish long-lasting relationships based on trust and mutual respect, where customers feel confident in my ability to support their travel needs and value the advice I can offer to guide them towards success.
