Spotnana builds direct NDC integration to Copa Airlines

When I started Spotnana, we set a goal to provide the most comprehensive travel content at the best prices to travelers worldwide. Building direct integrations with airline partners is one way we deliver on this goal. We want travelers around the globe to find the best available air travel options at all times. That’s why we’re developing the deepest direct NDC integrations with the world’s largest airlines and powering ongoing innovation around NDC and beyond.

We’re experiencing rapidly growing demand from our largest global customers for NDC content in Latin America, and I’m excited to announce today that we have released a new direct NDC integration with Copa Airlines to help address this need. 

Providing full access to Copa Airlines’ content

From day one, Spotnana’s Travel-as-a-Service platform was built as a global platform to provide access to global content. Our modern architecture is designed to support any content source, and we deliver unparalleled experiences to business travelers through direct NDC connections with airlines.

Copa Airlines was founded over 76 years ago and is one of the leading airlines in Latin America, serving countries across North, Central, and South America and the Caribbean. We’re excited for corporate travelers to have full access to all of Copa Airlines’ content through Spotnana’s travel platform, as well as other benefits such as: 

• Access to exclusive sales promotions and ancillary products including PriceLock, which allows a traveler to hold a reservation for up to 7 days.
• Free reservation holds for 24 hours.
• Self-service cancellations, refunds, and exchanges, including support for multiple exchanges of the same fare.
• Avoidance of cost-recovery surcharges on reservations.

These features are available to both travelers and agents since Spotnana provides a single platform for both parties to use.
